who doesn't love a golden tracksuit?

Adidas's new advert for running trainers with "slim chin"

Because I'm faaaast

lack of spice

I recently posted the new Radox men's adverts and I think it's funny if you look at the responses from Americans on YouTube. There are similarities between Radox and Old Spice in the type of humour used but I wouldn't say Radox had ripped them off. Old Spice is still a popular brand in America and even celebrity endorsements but in the UK it is a tired brand associated with old men. I'm sure plenty of us have brought our Grandads a bottle for christmas.

what more could you want?

apparently there are talks about having government advertising on the BBC. As long as we don't have to see much more of these two morons.

old spice has set the standard

the 2 new Radox adverts targeted at men. Bollywood and Japanese themed.

serious sportsmen need not apply

To celebrate the opening of PUMA Social, PUMA's tribute to the After Hours Athlete, PUMA have teamed up with VICE, infamous for their late night antics, to bring you After Hours Athletes. "late night games, from ping pong to foosball to phone numbers" - A mix of alcohol, games and partying. sounds like my kind of night.

I've just applied for tickets to the Manchester event on the 30th November!!

a new angle

It's been 4 years since Rudd Studios re-branded Channel 4.. with the cool multi-dimensional logo and idents. Now they have developed a way to incorporate the logo into different images and videos, whilst it continuously moves through different angles.

This will definitely transfer well to 3D television.

that time of year

So it's that time of year again for the D&AD student student awards. I've decided I'm going to try my hand at the Westfield integrated advertising brief and possibly the Umbro open advertising brief. It's time to get creative!

I'd like one of these please..

out with the old...

in with the new!
I have just launched my new website and blog. I previously had a blog and a separate online portfolio but it was all a bit basic. I've also started a Masters and I'm in the process of revamping my portfolio so I thought I'd spruce things up a little. I will be babbling about the same stuff as before... advertising, pop culture, art and anything that takes my fancy.
